Gerald Rowe

Gerald Vanderbilt Rowe, 82, of Lucama, died Tuesday, August 17, 2021.

Funeral, Saturday, 2:00 PM, Little Rock OFWB Church, Lucama.  Visiting will be one hour prior to the service.

Gerald was retired from the tobacco industry working in several levels of leadership.  He had served in the U.S. Navy.

Surviving is his wife, Carolyn Northcutt Rowe; daughters, Deborah Long (Jeff) and Gloria Whitehurst (Charlie) of Lucama;
grandchildren, Abby Pollard (Justin) of Fremont, Aaron Long (Kristal) of Wilson, Trey Ricketts (Jessica) of Stantonsburg, Anna Long and Kathleen Long (Kowaski Martin) of Raleigh; great-grandchildren, Preston Ricketts and Wyatt Pollard; beloved dogs, Chip and Ru.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Little Rock OFWB Church, PO Box 340, Lucama 27851-0340 or to the Maggie Society, 606 Trinity Dr, W, Wilson, 27893-2127.
