Eunice Sauls

Eunice Kearney Sauls, 83, of Eureka, died Friday, April 9, 2021.

Funeral, Monday, 3:00 PM, Faro Chapel Church, with burial in the Eureka Cemetery beside her husband, W. Ray Sauls, who died in 1991. The family will visit in the church an hour before the funeral.  Masks are suggested.

She was a woman of strong faith, believing in the power and strength of Jesus Christ’s love and the beauty and peace that would await her passing.

Surviving is her daughter, Debra Miller of the home; son, Thomas R. Sauls (Mary Jo) of Eureka; grandchildren, Brandon Sauls, Roger Sullivan (Christy) Mikie Ginn (Lindsey) all of Eureka, Lisa Faircloth (Charles) of Stantonsburg, Cassidy Gray (Tyler Barrow) of Saulston and Tyler Gray (Michele) of Pikeville; great-granny to Ryan Sauls, Mackenzie and Jackson Ginn, all of Eureka, Preston and Sidney Fellers of Stantonsburg, Caison Kearney of Saulston and Skyler Gray of Pikeville; sisters, Jean Bartlett and Linda Honrine (Ed) Stantonsburg, JoAnn Tillman  and Brenda Sauls (Linwood) of Goldsboro.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Mark Sullivan; parents, John T. “Jake” Kearney, Jr. and Fannie Lee Frazier Kearney; brothers-in-law, Hadley Bartlett and Frank Tillman.

The family will be at the home of her son, Tom Sauls, Davis Road, Eureka.
