BLACK CREEK – Carolyn Pipkin Carter, 78, died Saturday, March 5, 2022.

Funeral, Sunday, March 13, 2:00 PM at Buckhorn United Methodist Church.

Surviving is her husband, Pat H. Carter; son, Keith Pittman (fiancée, Kim Edwards) of Princeton; granddaughters, Kimberly Wise (Matt) of Grantham and Miranda Pace (Dillon) of Princeton; great-grandson, Everette Wise; brother, Thurman Pipkin (Frances) of Elm City; mother-in-law, Edith Carter of Buckhorn; sister-in-law, Christine Carter, and her daughter, Ava, of Apex; family pet, Buddy Carter.

Many will remember her as having retired from several years of service at Wilson Medical Center.
