BAILEY – William “Bill” Mulcare, 79, a native of Baltimore, MD, died Tuesday, May 12, 2020.

His funeral will be for and at the convenience of his family.

Surviving is his daughter, Denise James (John) with whom he lived; grandchildren, Angela Collier and Andrew Hartman; great-grandchildren, Jude Collier and Avalee Hartman.
