Red Davis, Jr.

Walter “Red” Davis, 87, of Elm City, died Monday, July 18, 2022.

Funeral, Thursday, 10:00 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park.

Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Renfrow Davis; sisters, Alice Gibbs, Tinnie Garris and Jean Glassey; brother, Wayne Davis.

He is survived by his son, Chris Davis (Paula) of Elm City; granddaughter, Brittany Mitchell (Jo); sisters, Shirley Goff and Margaret Barnes of Stantonsburg; brother, Billy Davis of Stantonsburg.

The family will be at the home of Chris and Paula Davis.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis, TN, 38105.
