Verna Snedeker Deno, 80, of Wilson, died Friday, July 8, 2022.

Funeral, Tuesday, 10:00 AM, Maplewood Cemetery.

Mrs. Deno was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. “Mike” Deno; son, Earl John Deno; parents, Gordon and Jessie Herman Snedeker; brother Robert “Bob” Snedeker.

She is survived by her sons, Michael J. “Jimmy” Deno II of Wilson and Gordon Deno (Christie) of Elm City; brother, Lee Snedeker (Cherry) of Charlestown, New Hampshire; cousin, Joan Dion (Jerry) of Connecticut.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Hospice of Wilson Medical Center, 2130 Forest Hills Rd W, Ste A, Wilson, NC 27893.
