Surviving is his daughter, Alyssa Weaver of Warsaw; sister, Tammy Bryant of Clinton; brothers, Robert L. Weaver of Hickory (Patricia), Durwood L. Weaver of Clinton, John D. Weaver of Henderson and Herman Futrell of Warsaw (Pam); best friend, Roy Page of the home.
