Thomas Brown, Jr.

Thomas V. Brown, Jr., 57, of Lucama, died Monday, December 9, 2019.

Thomas’s wishes were that a memorial service be held for and at the convenience of the family.

He is survived by his wife Wanda Lewis Brown; daughters, Julie Szappanos (Frank) of Lucama and Jenny Combs (Derek) of Snow Hill; granddaughter, Gracelynn Szappanos; father, Tommy Brown, Sr. (Peggy) of Virginia Beach, VA; step-father, Thomas Askew of Lucama; sister, Dianne Whitley (James) of Elm City.

Thomas was preceded in death by his mother, Edith Lou Atkinson Askew.
