Thelma Herring Sharpe, 91, of Wilson, died Monday, November 18, 2013.
Funeral, Wednesday, 6 PM, Wilson Memorial Service followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Thursday, 10 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of Larry and Debbie Sharpe all other times.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley R. Sharpe and daughter, Mary Elizabeth Sharpe. She was a member of the American Legion and VFW auxiliaries.
Surviving are her daughters, Donna S. Page (Bennie) of Wilson, Kay S. Nelson (Darrell) of Richmond, VA; son, Larry R. Sharpe (Debbie) of Wilson; granddaughter, Michelle B. Page of Wilson; grandson, Christopher D. Nelson of Richmond, VA; great-grandsons, Aden and Jacob Nelson of Richmond, VA; her special four legged friend, "Tom".
