WILSON - Sylvia Vick Williams, 76, died early Saturday, September 17, 2016, in her home.
Funeral, Tuesday, 11:00 AM, Wilson Memorial Service. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park, beside her husband, Atha Williams, who died in August, 2010. Her parents were Alton and Mary Lou Shingleton Vick.
She was a loving and caring mother to Kim Williams of the home (and her companion, Dennis Toole) and Teresa Gardner (Troy) of Zebulon; a dear sister to Cynthia Keen ('Butch') of Wilson and Debbie Melancon (Mike) of Hanover, MD; her brothers, Kenneth Vick (Ruby) of Wilson, Dennis Vick (Sharon) of Fremont and Horace Vick (Katrina) of LaGrange; her sisters-in-law, Christine Garner of Wilson and Cleo Tippett (Wilbur) of New Bern; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
The family will be at Wilson Memorial Service, Monday, 7:00 - 8:30 PM.
