Susan Milligan

Susan Jones Milligan, 60, of Wilson, died Friday, January 10, 2025.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, January 18, 11:00 AM, at the home of her mother, Patricia Hathaway Jones, followed by visitation until 1:00 PM. Rev. Ray Wells will conduct the service. 

Susan was the beautiful firstborn daughter of Patricia Hathaway Jones and Alton Leroy Jones, Jr. She was a 1982 graduate of Beddingfield High School. Always loving, friendly, and outgoing, this helped make her career in Customer Service valuable. Susan enjoyed family and holiday celebrations as well as Nascar and Stock Car racing at County Line Raceway. She also loved crocheting and taking her girls to special events. Although Susan did not attend church regularly, she gave her heart to Christ many years ago.  

She is survived by her husband, Michael S. Milligan; daughter, Christy Nicole McKeel (Jason) of Selma; son, Brian Milligan of Selma; grandchildren, Mackenzie Pearce, Brooke Pearce, Grace Pearce, Reid McKeel, Logan McKeel and Scarlett McKeel; great-grandchild, Aries Enoch; mother, Pat Jones; sister, Sharon Jackson of Wilson.
