Rosemond Starr Welton Whitley, 80, of the Good News Church Community, Stantonsburg, died January 12, 2020.

Funeral, Sunday, January 19, 2:00 PM, at Good News Advent Christian Church Cemetery.

She was the church pianist for 53 years.

Surviving is her husband, Rev. Julius L. Whitley; daughter; Lauren Scott (Greg) of Clayton; grandchildren, Rachel and Hannah Scott of Clayton; nephew, Jonathan Annett (Lora) of Hillsboro, WVA and their daughter, Chloe.
