WILSON - Sarah Walston Peters, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at home. She was a graduate of Saint Marys School and Salem College. Funeral, Saturday, 11:00 AM, First Presbyterian Church. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery. Surviving is her husband of 54 years, Winniett Peters; sons, Paxton Peters and his son, Paxton, Jr, and his mother, Romaine Woodard Peters of Wilson; Walston Peters and his wife, Beth, and their children, Sarah Battle and Betsy Peters; Tom Peters and his wife, Blair, and their children, August, Cordelia, Hall and Indiana Peters of San Franciso, CA; brothers, H.H. Walston, III, and Hubert Walston, both of Wilson. Her family included her son, Winniett Peters, Jr, and her brother, Stuart Walston. The family will be at home, 1009 Woodland Dr, NW.
