WILSON - Ray Winford Hollowell, 94, died Saturday, June 27, 2015.
Funeral, Tuesday, 10 AM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation.
Mr. Hollowell was retired from Swift. He and his wife, Mazell Pounds Hollowell, were married January 8, 1944. Three brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Mazell; daughters, Carolyn Edwards, Diane Matthews (Bob) and Sandra Tyson all of Wilson; grandsons, Reid Matthews (Allison), Rob Matthews (Tracy) and Jeremy Edwards (Elizabeth); great-grandchildren, Amelia, Hannah and Luke Matthews and Henry Matthews, Walker and Hali Edwards and Jay Murray; nephew, Tom H. Hopkins (Brenda).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Forest Hills Baptist Church, 1407 Forest Hills Rd NW, Wilson, NC 27896-1576.
