WILSON - Patsy Austin Russell, 75, died Thursday, July 4, 2013.
Funeral, Monday, 2:00 PM, First United Methodist Church, followed by visiting and sharing in the Bradshaw Building.
Surviving is her husband, Charlie R. Russell; daughter, Karie Garner (Trevor) of Apex; grandchildren, Evan and Claire Garner of Apex.
Patsy was born in Detroit, MI, to the late William Pell and Mary Virginia Davis Austin and lived most of her formative years in Fulton, KY. She graduated Fulton High School and went on to graduate Lambuth College in Jackson, TN, where she met her future lifetime partner, Charlie Russell. They made their home in Jackson and later in Murfreesboro, TN, before moving with their two daughters, Karie and Suzanne, to Wilson. Suzanne died the following year in 1979.
