Pamella Rodgers

Pamella "Pam" Cole Rodgers, age 62, passed away on October 6, 2023, in Wilson, North Carolina.

A memorial service to honor Pam's life will be held on October 21, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation. Please join us in celebrating the life of Pamella Cole Rodgers and remembering the impact she had on all those who knew and loved her.

Pam was born on August 22, 1961, in Monroeville, Alabama, to the late Bill and Melba Cole. She was a bright, vivacious, determined, intelligent, strong woman. She had a passion for life and always approached challenges with a positive attitude.

Pamella was a Vice President at BB&T (now Truist) in the insurance industry, where she dedicated herself from 1987 to 2018. She was a devoted, compassionate employee and boss, and her coworkers were always happy to see in her the office.

She was also a loyal friend to so many. Whether it was a beach trip, a Stein Mart run, or enjoying a glass of wine in her beloved conversation area, Pam cherished spending time with those closest to her. In her free time, Pam enjoyed shopping, reading, interior decorating, traveling, and spending time at the beach. She had an eye for design and a love for literature that brought joy to her life.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ted Rodgers; daughters Brittany Castro (Joe) and Lynnlee Bateman (Tristan); brother, Greg Cole (Beth); sister, Janet Sage (Scott); her cherished grandchildren Maverick, Marley, and Coley, and her nieces and nephews, Cole, Ashleigh, Lane, and Connor.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Wilson Memorial Service for their assistance during this difficult time. Their professionalism and support have been greatly appreciated.
