Morris A. “Daddy Doc” Dail, Jr., 72, of Wilson, died Tuesday, June 27, 2023.

Funeral, Saturday, 10:00 AM, at Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation.  Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife Betsy Hendricks Dail; daughter, Jaime Garrett of Wilson; son, Justin Dail of Bailey; grandchildren, Cassie Dail and Devin Garrett; brother, Larry Dail (Gail) of Snow Hill and their son, Brad Dail (Amanda); brother-in-law, Bobby Batchelor of Wilson and his daughter, Ashley Mizelle (Chris); numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Dail was preceded in death by his parents, Morris Dail, Sr. and Elsie Hill Dail Johnson and a sister, Donna Batchelor.

Flowers are welcome or in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 5018 Rosebud Church Rd, Elm City, NC 27822.
