Mildred Thorne

Mildred Jones Thorne, 89, of Wilson, died Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

Funeral, Sunday, 2:00 PM, at Barnes & Williams Family Cemetery, 4124 Wiggins Mill Rd, Wilson.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Tedder (Thomas) of Sims and Linda Driver (Randall) of Kenly; sons, Charles Thorne (Judy) and Donald Thorne (Linda) of Wilson and Tommy Thorne (Kathy) and Tony Thorne of Lucama; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
