Mike Webb

Michael Alan “Mike” Webb, 60, passed away on March 6, 2024 in his home surrounded by his loving family. His battle with Huntington’s disease in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. He was a hero and stayed strong through it all. 

Mike will be honored with a funeral Service held at West Nash United Methodist Church on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 2:30 PM. 2200 Nash St N, Wilson, NC. Immediately following the service, the family will receive visitors at their home, 3401 Belle Meade Dr NW, Wilson, NC. Please join us in Celebrating the life of Mike.

An Interment will be held Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Edgecombe Memorial Park, 2879 US-258 in Tarboro, NC at 2:00 PM for anyone who would like to attend. 

Mike graduated from Tarboro-Edgecombe Academy, where he then went on to NC State and became the Wolfpack’s biggest fan. He was the most generous person and adored his family unconditionally.  

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Dawson Webb; daughter, Amerson Webb of Charlotte; son, Trey Webb of Atlanta, GA; brother, Bill Webb of Wilson; sister, Lee Bogle (Eddie) of Wilson; mother-in-law, Brownie Hill Dawson of Stantonsburg; sister-in-law, Mary Fran Teachey (Mike) of Wilson; nephew and nieces, Andrew Bogle, Caroline Luciani (Anthony),  Michaela Teachey and great nephew, Noah.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, J.B. and Shirley Sharpe Webb and his father-in-law, Charles Dawson.
