Matthew Bunn

Matthew Samuel “Matt” Bunn, 26, of Wilson, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022.

Matt’s Celebration of Life will be Sunday, December 18, 2022, 4:00, at Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation.

Matt was born November 16, 1996.  He was so loving and devoted to his family and friends.  He was an avid sports fan, fisherman, history buff and video gamer.  His sense of humor and loving nature will be dearly missed.  He never left your  presence without saying “I Love You” right to the very end.  These were his last spoken words.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ann Beamon Craft, Garnett Pruden Bunn and Robert Ray Bunn.

Matt is survived by his parents, Michael Scott “Mike” Bunn and Connie Jo Craft Bunn; brother and best friend, Dr. Zackery “Zack” Edward Bunn and his wife, Courtney Bunn; Pop, Ruel Connor Craft; aunts, LuAnn Craft Jarnagin and Debra Bunn Mercer; great aunt, Ann Harrell Craft; uncles, Dean Jarnagin and Mike Mercer; cousins, DeAnna Jarnagin, Haley Mercer, Maggie Jarnagin and Sarah Mercer; beloved girlfriend and Angel on Earth, Caroline Page Harris; adopted brothers, William Craft and Sam Strickland; beloved pets, Coral, Puppy and Bear Bunn.
