Mary Weaver

Mary Susanne Weaver, known to all as "Susanne", 58, was born July 29, 1955. She died Friday, August 16, 2013.
Her funeral will be Monday, 2:00 PM, Weaver Family Cemetery, 4603 Jo Weaver Road, Wilson, conducted by Rev. Roy Porter. The family will be at the home place near the cemetery one hour prior to the service.
Her most significant role in life and what she did best was being a loving mother and best friend to her daughter, Sara, who lived with her. She graduated from N.E.W. Academy and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill later graduating from Atlantic Christian College - now Barton - with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. She worked for the State of North Carolina as a saving and loan auditor and later as Vice-President of Edgecombe Homestead Savings and Loan in Tarboro.
Surviving in addition to her daughter, Sara Daughtridge, is her mother, Dell Cummings Weaver; sisters, Janice Green Proctor of Wilson, Lucy Jo Weaver, Rebecca Weaver Lewis and husband, Pender, of Rocky Mount; brothers, Joseph Putney Weaver, II, and wife, Renee, of Wilson and Richard Ashley Green and wife, Barbara, of Lake City, FL. Her father, Joseph Putney Weaver, preceded her in death.
