Margaret Herring

WILSON - Margaret Sanderson Herring, 79, died Sunday, January 21, 2018.

Funeral, Wednesday, 2:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, with visiting one hour prior.  Interment will be for and at the convenience of the family.

In addition to her membership in First Baptist Church, she enjoyed helping with Meals-on-Wheels and working in the Forest Hills Garden Club.

Surviving is her husband, Donald W. Herring; daughters, Melanie Herring of the home and Marianne Parker (Kevin) of Wilmington;  grandchildren, Chase and Blake Parker of Wilmington; sister, Joyce S. Barwick of Grantham.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, PO Box 1467, Wilson, NC 27894-1467 and to Meals-on-Wheels,  2101 Tarboro St SW, Wilson, NC 27893.
