WILSON - Margaret Abbitt Goodwin, 91, died Tuesday, August 2, 2005. She was the widow of Dr. Cleon W. Goodwin and a member of First United Methodist Church. A member of the Colonial Dames and Daughters of the American Revolution, she made her debut in 1929. The funeral will be held on Thursday, 10:00 AM, Maplewood Cemetery, Section A. Surviving are two sons, Harry A. Goodwin (Susan) of Wilson and Dr. Cleon W. Goodwin (Susan) of Greeley, CO: grandchildren, Abbitt Goodwin (Elizabeth), Claire and Brian Goodwin: great-granddaughter, Jennings Goodwin. The family will be at Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Dr,[off 2600 Nash St N], Wednesday, 6:00 - 7:00 PM, (252) 237-7171.
