WILSON - Margaret Price Farmer, 82, died Monday, July 16, 2018.
Funeral, Thursday, 10:00 AM, First Christian Church, followed by a short time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Stantonsburg Cemetery.
Surviving is her husband of 62 years, Moses Gray Farmer; daughter, Debbie Phillips of Swansboro; son, Michael Farmer of Zebulon; grandchildren, Andrew and Allen Phillips and Harrison and Elizabeth Farmer; nieces, Kay Stockdale and Rose Bothner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George F. and Pietie High Price of Nash County; sisters, Eunice Nichols and Hazel Little who helped raise her; a brother, William Price.
Margaret graduated from Saratoga High School as valedictorian of her class and went on to Atlantic Christian College in the business program. She had a distinguished career in banking as a customer service representative retiring from Branch Bank and Trust Company, September 28, 2000.
