Lora Denton

Lora Lee Lamm Denton, 63, of Lucama, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2024, surrounded by her family. 

A service was held for the family.

A devoted wife, mother, sister, and daughter, Lora touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love.

Lora had a deep passion for reading, often losing herself in the pages of a good book. She also enjoyed spending time outside in her garden, surrounded by nature’s beautiful colors and sounds. Though, the love and laughter of her family and the connections she nurtured with friends and customers were most precious to her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Lamm. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, David; daughter, Alex Massimi and husband, Freddy; son, Will Denton; grandson, Henry Massimi; devoted mother, Mary Lamm; brother, Stacey Lamm; and loyal dogs, Charlie and Sophie. 

Lora’s life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and resilience. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know you.
