WILSON - Linda Norris Bass, 71, of Wilson, died Monday, June 28, 2010. She was the owner of the former Southern 500 Restaurant, near Elm City. Funeral, Thursday, 10 AM, Wilson Memorial Service. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband, Harold A. Bass; sons, Dicky Bass (Carolyn) of Saratoga, Stanley Bass (Debbie) of Elm City, Gregory Bass of Ahoskie and Robert Bass of Cocoa Beach FL; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Billy Totman of Lynchburg VA and Ed and David Totman of Orlando FL. The family will be at Wilson Memorial Service, Wednesday, 630 - 8:00.
