Lillian Lamm

Lillian Suggs Wheeler Lamm, 97, of Wilson, died Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the Landing.

Funeral, Wilson Memorial Service, Friday, July 19, 4:00 PM, followed by a time of visiting and sharing.

Many will remember her as a hairdresser for 45 years and as a member of Connect Church.

She is survived by her son, Ken Wheeler (Lisa) of Wilson; step-son, Greg Lamm (Stephanie) of Durham; grandchildren, Tracy Anderson (Steve) and Madison Webb (Andrew) of Wilson, Katie Wells (Joseph) of Raleigh, Rebekah Pierce of Chapel Hill, Bryant Wheeler (Julia) of Burnsville, and Jason Wheeler (Shana) of Kenly; great-grandchildren, Ben Anderson, Kennedy, Myles and Wesleigh Webb, Mackenzie and Payton Wheeler, Joshua and Cody Batts; daughter-in-law, Dianne Kirby Wheeler of Wilson.

Mrs. Lamm was preceded in death by her parents, Moses Lee and Daisy Mae Beamon Suggs of Greene County; husbands, C.T. Wheeler who died in 1968 and Wayne Lamm who died in 1992; sons, Ray Wheeler who died in 1981 and Bill Wheeler in 2020.
