LUCAMA - Letha Jones Watson, 82, went to her heavenly home Monday, July 14, 2014.
Funeral, Thursday, 7 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation. Interment, Friday, 10 AM, Evergreen Memorial Park.
Letha was retired from the Heritage Bank with over 40 years of service. She was born in Kenly, August 25, 1931 to the late Jasper Floyd and Bettie Langston Jones. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Martha Whaley, Ora McCullen and Peggy Holloman and brothers, Louis, Ray and Joe Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Van Watson; sons, Scott Watson of Lucama and Mark Watson (Janet) of Lucama; granddaughter, Meagan Watson; step-grandchildren, Michelle Aycock (Travis) and Richard Glover (Mindy); step-great-grandchildren, Tricia, Hailey, Lauren, Lucas, Piper and Tucker; brother, Willard Jones (Betty) of Chicago, IL and sister-in-law, Helen Jones of Charleston, SC; former daughter-in-law, Malinda Watson and many special nieces and nephews.
