Karen Floars Langley, 62, of the Crisp Community in Edgecombe County, died on Thursday, December 28, 2023, in her home.
Funeral, Wednesday, 7:00 PM, Webbs Chapel Baptist Church, 2771 Webbs Chapel Rd, Macclesfield, followed by a time of visiting and sharing.
Her loving vivacious personality will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by the community whether from seeing her in the mornings at Abrams serving up biscuits, cleaning houses, working at the community waste center, spending time with her precious grand babies or just riding around with one of her beloved little dogs on her lap. Her family always came first. Out of all the jobs she ever had, Mimi and Mama were the most important to her❤️.
"I didn't live a perfect life but I loved my life."
Surviving is her daughter, Jessica Hardison (Cody) of Wilson; son, Daniel Langley of the home; grandchildren, Myra, Leighton and Witten Hardison, Gracie Oxendine; sister; Jackie Stott of Elm City; brother, Bill Floars (Rachel) of Pinetops; brother-in-law, Quintin Stott of Elm City; special friend, Brandy Tripp of Old Sparta; her loving pets, Trixie and Smokey Jo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles G. and Sylvia Annette Whitley Floars of Edgecombe County and a brother, Chuck Floars.
