WILSON - Josephine Wilson Finch, 92, died Saturday, June 28, 2014.
A funeral for the family will be held prior to a special time of visiting and sharing on Tuesday, 1:00 -2:00 PM, First Baptist Church, Wilson.
Jo was born October 16, 1921, to Sanford and Mary Stott Wilson of Wilson County. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Marlon Finch, and daughter, Susan F. McAden.
She will be remembered by many including her son, George Marlon Finch, Jr, and wife, Jenny, of Raleigh; grandchildren, Mary George and McIver Barwick, Ann Miller Finch, Carlton and Frances Finch, Grayson McAden, Parmelee McAden, Ashley and Phillip Steele, many nieces and nephews.
Life's great pleasures for her came from working in her yard, drawing or sewing and most especially, time with friends and family.
