Wilson - Jimmie Bass, 60, a lifetime resident of Wilson County, retired carpenter, avid hunter and fisherman and a member of the Ward Blvd Church of Christ passed into eternal bliss on Wednesday, July 30, 2008. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Jimmie Dan and parents, Clayton and Mary Bass. Funeral, Saturday, 10:00 AM, Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, conducted by Minister Bill Carter. The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral. He is survived by a daughter, Michele Mitchell and son-in-law Mark of Wilson: special friend, Gail Hooks of Fremont: mother of Michele, Brenda Mosley Bass of Wilson: traveling buddy, Connie Mitchell of Wilson: sisters, Sadie Bridgers (Rudolph) and Ruth Ann Eason of Wilson: brother, Junior Bass (Edna) of Saratoga and special dog, Dolly. The family will be at 4402 Davis Farms Drive, Wilson, all other times.
