Jean Aycock Murray, 77, of Wilson, died Friday, November 15, 2019.
Funeral, Sunday, 4:00 PM, at Wilson Memorial Service followed by visitation. Burial, Monday, 10:00 AM, at Aycock Family Cemetery, Fremont.
Jean was a retired secretary with the Wilson County School Bus Garage. She was a longtime volunteer with the Wilson County Board of Elections and had been active in the Wilson Singles Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Little of Henderson; grandsons, Michael Little (Katie) of Oxford, Matthew Little of Henderson, Bryce Murray of Wilson and Scott and Stuart Penman of Wilson; brothers, Gerald Aycock (Betty), Lewis Aycock (Susie) and Jarvis Aycock all of Wilson and Ricky Aycock of Kenly; great-grandchildren, Amelia Little, Sawyer and Marley Penman and Saniyyah Williams; companion, Eugene Whitfield of Wilson.
Jean was preceded in death by her son, Larry Murray; parents, Joshua and Anna Loyale Chase Aycock and sister, Debra Ann Aycock.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to For the Love of Dogs, 5146 Quaker Rd., Wilson, NC 27893.
