PHILADELPHIA, PA - Irene Kennedy Thompson, 88, February 13, 2009. She was a native of Wilson county and the widow of Clarence Thompson. Funeral, Wednesday, 2 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Watson Family south of Lucama. Surviving is a daughter, Faye Orapallo of PA: sons, Earl and Harold Thompson of PA and William Thompson of MD: 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren: sisters, Brenda Carter of Wilson, Judy Best of Lucama, Dorothy Archer of Radford: brothers, Jessie "Dossie" Kennedy and Louis "Junior" Kennedy, both of Lucama.
