Hugh Ferrell

Frederick Hugh Ferrell, 80, of Lucama, died Sunday, October 6, 2024.

Funeral, Thursday, 6:00 PM, at Wilson Memorial Service followed by visitation.

Hugh was retired from Hackney Brothers Body Company and Ethco Oil.

He is survived by his daughter Shawn Tant (Greg) of Lucama; granddaughters, Claire Tant and Amber Tant.

Hugh was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Bruce and Katie Mae Pennington Ferrell; sisters, Margie Powell and Joyce Ferrell and brothers, Glenn and Ralph Ferrell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Parkinson Association of the Carolinas, PO Box 1465, Matthews, NC 28227 or to Spring Hill Presbyterian Church, 7246 Springfield School Rd, Lucama, NC 27851.
