Harold Davis

Harold Davis, 72, of Wilson, died Thursday, November 16, 2023.

Funeral, Sunday, 2:00 PM, at Connect Church, 4865, Nash St N, Wilson, followed by visitation.  Interment, Monday, 2:00 PM, Maplewood Cemetery.

He was fondly referred to as Husband, Dad, Grandaddy and G-Daddy.  Harold retired from Bridgestone and was an avid Duke fan.  He was privately a Carolina fan for his grandchildren.  He loved working on cars and landscaping.  Harold was a talented bass guitarist and lover of all music, except for the Beach Boys.  He loved cracking jokes and spending time with his family.  Harold loved baseball and was overjoyed when the Braves won the World Series in 2021.  He was a man of strong faith in Christ and it helped him greatly throughout his health decline in the past two years.  His family is finding peace knowing he’s breathing easy now and is able to move freely in the presence of his Lord and Savior.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Hoover and Mildred Hinnant Davis.
