BLACK CREEK - Alma "Hanna" Barnes Bass, 88, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013.
Funeral, Saturday, 11 AM, Wilson Memorial Service. Interment, Black Creek Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Selby E. Bass in 1981; granddaughter, Amanda Bass; parents, William Clarence and Mary Alma Best Barnes; brother, Vernice Barnes.
Surviving is her daughter, Marcia Barnes (Phil) of Black Creek; son, Gene Bass (Brenda) of Black Creek; grandsons, Selby Bass, III (Brooke) and Neil Brewer (Drusilla); great-granddaughter, Emma Kaye Bass; step-grandchildren, Jamie Ferrell (Ed) and Amber Barnes; step-great-grandchildren, Tyler, Katelyn, Ethan and Cole Ferrell; brothers, Bennett Barnes of Monroe and Jimmy Barnes of Durham; many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will be at Wilson Memorial Service, Friday, 6:30 - 8 PM.
