Faye Gardner

Faye Matthews Gardner, 78, of Stantonsburg, died Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

Funeral, Friday, 6:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Monday at 11:00 AM, beside her husband, Joseph D. Gardner, who died in October, 2017.

She is survived by her sons Bill Gardner (Emily) of Stantonsburg and Gary Gardner (Wendy) of Wilson; grandchildren, Paige Belty (Donovan), Molly, Trinity and Bailey Gardner; great-grandchild, Ellianna Belty. In addition to her husband, Joe, she was preceded in death by her parents, James Durwood and Dorothy Cunningham Matthews of the Penders Crossroads community.
