Eric Hinnant

We are saddened to announce the passing of Eric Hinnant, 69 years old, born on December 22, 1954. Eric peacefully left us on August 14, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Celebration of Life service, Saturday, August 24, 4:00 PM at Wilson Memorial Service, followed by visitation.

Eric was the son of Bobby and Ann Hinnant, brother to Donna Collie, Bobby Lynn Hinnant and Cynthia Stelck. He was the father of Vanessa Bryant, Amanda Barrett (Todd), and Erica Hinnant Mustard (Rich). He also leaves behind six grandchildren.

Eric was known for his skilled work as a welder and his love of fishing. He had a knack for fixing just about anything and always lent a helping hand to anyone in need. His infectious laughter and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Although we are heartbroken by his passing, we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace and reunited with his loved ones who passed before him. Eric is preceded in death by both of his parents, his brother, Bobby and his daughter, Vanessa.
