Eloise Lewis Hibbs, 97, of Wilson, passed away Monday, November 15, 2021.
She was born in Nash County, daughter of the late Alvin G. and Ella Hales Lewis.
A memorial service will be held Monday, November 22, 2:00 PM at Peace Church.
She is survived by sister-in-law, Marg Hibbs; nieces, Rose Godwin and Linda Stone of Wilson; several other nieces and nephews; special and loving friend, Pam Rolle of Pennsylvania.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Nelson Hibbs; son, Lewis Hibbs; brothers, Dwight, Earl, Dewell and Wilber Lewis; sisters, Claudie Faison and Rosalee Hough.
Memorials may be made to Peace Church, 2838 Tilghman Rd, Wilson, NC 27896 or to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Ct, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
