WILSON - Elizabeth Schaum Lamm, 79, died Thursday, December 21, 2006. Funeral, Saturday, 11:00 AM, Maplewood Cemetery, Section E. Elizabeth "Betsy" Cozart Schaum Lamm was born on January 31, 1927, in Wilson County to the late Norborne Morris and Doris Cozart Schaum. She was a granddaughter of the late of the late Mr. and Mrs. U.H. Cozart, Sr. Betsy attended Wilson's Charles L. Coon High School and graduated from St. Catherine's School in Richmond and Salem College - Class of 1948. In 1951, she married James "Jimmy" Gray Lamm, who survives; daughters, Susan Cozart Lamm Canady of Wilson, Sarah Gray Lamm of Chapel Hill, Elizabeth Schaum Hunt and her husband, Scott, of Wilmington; grandchildren, William James Hunt, Sarah Elizabeth Hunt, Thomas Robeson Canady, Jr., and James Gray Canady; sister, Doris C. Walston of Wilson. The family will be at home, 928 Brookside Drive.
