Elbert Crocker

George Elbert Crocker, 83, died Saturday, April 5, 2014.

Funeral, Tuesday, 10 AM, Ferrell Family Cemetery, Morningside Rd near Hwy 117, Black Creek.

He was a son of the late James W and Mary Bass Crocker and was preceded in death by sisters, Lucille Barnes and Lillie Mae Wilson; brothers, John William Crocker and Jesse (J.D.) Crocker.

Many will remember his dedication to the care of his parents and his great enjoyment and love for music as he played the piano, organ, guitar and accordion. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
