Edna Summerlin

ENGELHARD – Edna Baker Summerlin, 77, died Saturday, December 18, 2021.

Funeral, Thursday, 2:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive, Wilson, with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment, Cedar Grove Cemetery, Elm City.

Edna loved spending time with her family and friends. She also loved singing and praising the Lord. Her most precious and treasured moments were the ones she spent with "The love of her life".

Surviving is her husband of 57 years, Frank Summerlin, Jr.; daughter, Kim Summerlin of Raleigh; son, Michael Summerlin (Michelle) of York, PA; grandchildren, Michael Jr., Matthew, Marcus, Maxwell, Madelyn, Mason, Koty, Mia and Katy Summerlin; sister, Shirley Winstead of Wendell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Lillian Poythress Baker; sister, Katherine Baker Gardner Pope; brother, Johnny Ray Baker.
