Donald J. Hikes, 80, died late Thursday, June 18, 2015.

Funeral, Monday, 11:00 AM, Eureka Cemetery.

A Pennsylvania native, he served 22 years in the Air Force and went on to retire from Joy Manufacturing.

Surviving is his wife, Etheleen Sauls Hikes; daughter, Jeannie Sauls (Ronnie) of Eureka; granddaughters, Kim Andrews (Brian) of Smithfield, Heather Xaragoz (Z.) of Lake in the Hills, IL, Freedom Lucas of Winterville; three great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Brown of Friedensburg, PA; brothers, Jack and Glenn Hikes, both of Friedensburg, PA.

The family will be at the home of Jeannie and Ronnie Sauls.
