Bailey - Debra Winbourne Baker, 48, died Monday, April 21, 2008. Debra was a dispatcher at the City of Wilson Operations Center. She was preceded in death by her father, D.F. Winbourne, sister, Robin Winbourne, and nephew, Davie Glover. Funeral, Thursday, 11 AM, Wilson Memorial Service, conducted by Rev. Jerry Barbee. Interment, Bailey Cemetery. Surviving is her husband, Kenny Baker: daughter, Shana Evans of Wilson: mother, Van Delia Bryant Winbourne of Bailey: sister, Sue Glover of Sims and brothers, Billy Ray Winbourne and Bill Joyner of Raleigh.
