STANTONSBURG – David ‘D.W.’ Page, Sr, 76, of the Lindell Community, died Thursday, March 31, 2022.
Funeral, Sunday, 5:00 PM, Wilson Memorial Service, Wilson, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Burial, Monday, 1:00 PM, Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson.
Surviving is his wife, Ellen Ruth Sutton Page; daughters, Becky Tomlinson (Greg) of Rocky Mount and Sandra Moock (Christopher) of Stantonsburg; son, David W. Page, Jr (Amy) of Wake Forest; grandchildren, Ashley Boe (Johnny), Wesley Mercer, Lindsay Mercer, Caroline Page and Ben Page; sister, Shirley Sutton of OR; brother, Charles Page of Mocksville; brother-in-law, Bill McCarter of Washington, NC.
Preceding him in death were his parents, David G. and Ruby Ann Jackson Page of Rowan County; his brother, J. A. Page.
David was a veteran of the Vietnam War and retired as a dedicated driver for the former Wilson Petroleum Company.
Special thanks is extended to his caregivers, Alenna Spruill and Shemeeka Batts.
