Charles Viverette

Charles Alton Viverette, 85, of Wilson, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Spring Arbor of Wilson.

Funeral, Friday, 11:00 AM at Wilson Memorial Service followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Interment, Evergreen Memorial Park.

Charles enjoyed going to car shows and NASCAR racing. He enjoyed many years selling 18 wheelers, Thermo King units, and car trailers. He also enjoyed spending time with his sweetheart Mary Fields.

He served in the Gideons and the prison ministry and was a member of Connect Church.

Charles is survived by his sisters, Lois Viverette and Georgiana Eason (J.N.) of Wilson; brother, Doug Viverette (Becky) of Wilson; his sweetheart, Mary Speight Fields of Elm City; his fur baby, Scooter and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Judy Carol Jones Viverette who died in January, 2019; and parents Charlie and Elizabeth Barnes Viverette.
