BLACK CREEK - Carlton Bass, 85, died Sunday, March 17, 2013.
Funeral, Wednesday, 11 AM, Black Creek Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his, wife Marie Moore Bass, in 2012; son, Jerome "Jerry" Bass, in 2001 and his parents, Elisha and Fannie Bass.
Surviving is his daughter, Diane Evans (Henry) of Black Creek; son, Jeff Bass (Becky) of Black Creek; granddaughter, Megan Phares (Joshua); grandsons, Kyle Bass (Brittany), Hank Evans (Amy), Lee Evans (Karen), Austin Bass, Parker Bass and Logan Bass; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Evans of Garner, Glenda Sasser of Durham and Cora Johnson of Pittsboro.
The family will be at home until the funeral hour.
