Bonnie White

Bonnie Rae White, 71, of Wilson, passed away Friday, August 28, 2020.

A memorial service will be Wednesday, September 9, 2020, 6:00 PM,  at Wilson Memorial Service.

Bonnie grew up in Delevan, New York, graduated from Delevan-Michias High School.  She attended College at Upstate Medical and did her radiology training at Warsaw Hospital, Warsaw, NY.  She relocated to Wilson in 1977 and started her radiology career at Wilson Medical Center.  Bonnie retired in 2013 after 36 years as supervisor of radiology.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kermit and Ruth Hurd White of New York.

Bonnie is survived by her best friends, Sherry Brink, Lisa Skinner, Barbara Fontana and David Presnell, all of Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Alice Williams; sister, Nancy White; special niece and her husband, Laura and Charlie Shaw and a number of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews all of New York.

Bonnie loved taking care of her house and decorating.  She never met a stranger and she loved animals, especially her dog, Beau Puppy and cat, Roscoe Kitty.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 930 B, Wellness Dr, Greenville, NC 27834.
