Coon High School. Her working career spanned over 70 years. She was employed by Bausch and Lomb for nearly 25 years in Wilson. After being away from Wilson for over 38 years, Bebe returned to Wilson in 2005 due to health issues. She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church of Wilson for many years and served faithfully in many capacities.

She is survived by Cricket, her African Gray Parrot, her best friend for over 23 years, she treated it like a child; special angels/caregivers, Michael and Marge Sullivan with whom she lived for the last several years; special cousin, Betty Batchelor; three nieces, two nephews; and several great-, great-great and great-great-great-nieces and nephews.

Her family would like to give special thanks to Community Home Care and Hospice of Wilson and the staff of WilMed Hospital for their care and support of Aunt Bebe during the last few months of her life.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Free Will Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 249, Middlesex, NC 27537 designated to be applied to the Margie Herring Sullivan Endowment Fund.
