WILSON - Alma Long Moore, 87, died Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Mrs. Moore was the widow of Ralph L. Moore, Jr, who died just over seven weeks ago. She graduated from Rex Hospital School of Nursing and served the community as a Registered Nurse for many years including 22 years with Dr. Lee Clark. Funeral, Friday, 2 PM, Forest Hills Baptist Church, followed by a time of visiting and sharing. Surviving are daughters, Cathey Holton (Mike) of Raleigh and Beverly Roberson (Tim) of Greenville, SC: son, Ralph L. Moore, III (Marsha) of Wilson: grandchildren, Kelly Roberson, David Holton, Ashley R. Fazal, Emily Holton, Sarah Moore and Meredith Moore: great-grandchildren, Leigh Roberson, Asher and Nurah Fazal: a brother, Horace Long (Dot) of Gastonia. The family is at the home of Ralph and Marsha, 1905 Sierra Drive.
